악몽일기 中
악몽의 시작은 소름 끼칠 정도로 반듯한 공간에서 시작된다. 이 꿈을 끝내기 위해서 의미 없는 행동을 반복한다. 의미 없는 행동으로 악몽의 끝부분(ending)에 다다를 때 뫼비우스 띠처럼 다시 처음으로 돌아가게 된다. 미해결이라는 결과값이 무한으로 증식해 불안이라는 덩어리가 만들어진다.

어린 시절부터 매번 같은 악몽을 꾸기 시작과 동시에 꿈 일기를 썼다. 일기장을 다시 꺼내 볼 수없어 무의식 속으로 깊이 숨겨 놓았다. 하지만 이제는 무의식 속에 악몽으로 나타나는 ‘그것’들에게 나는 이름을 붙여주기로 결심한다. ‘그것’을 나로부터 분리 후 키우기로 했다. 이런 시도는 두려움으로 점철된 낯선 나를 공포 속으로 밀어 넣는 도전이 될 수 있다.
본 전시를 통해 당신이 나에게, 그리고 내가 당신에게 작은 응원과 위안을 건네는 시간이 되었으면 한다.

From my 'Nightmare Diary.'
The nightmare unfolds within such an organized space that it elicits an eerie sensation, sending shivers down my spine. No matter my attempts to cease it, the nightmare perpetually recurs like an endless loop, resulting in an unresolved outcome that proliferates infinitely, causing a pervasive sense of anxiety.
Since childhood, I've documented these nightmares, concealing those journals deep within my mind. Recently, I've consciously chosen to attribute identities to the entities within these nightmares, seeking separation from my psyche and aiming to nurture them. This endeavor poses a challenge, potentially pushing the unfamiliar, fear-laden side of myself further into terror.
The exhibition serves as a medium to share this personal journey, signifying my attempt to extend and receive support and comfort, both from you to me and reciprocally from me to you.
